Ashby pricing
Ashby publishes a price only for its Foundations plan, and sets it by how many people your company employs: $300 a month at 1 to 10 employees, up to $900 at 76 to 100. The prices here are from Ashby's own pricing page, checked on November 8, 2026.
Foundations at each company size.
Ashby's pricing page has a company size selector with five bands. It opens on 11 to 25 employees, so the first price you see is $400. The other four bands only show when you change the selector.
Switching the payment term to yearly takes 10% off the monthly figure. The yearly column below is that price times twelve.
| Company size | Paid monthly | Annual commitment, per month | A year on annual |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 to 10 employees | $300 | $270 | $3,240 |
| 11 to 25 employees | $400 | $360 | $4,320 |
| 26 to 50 employees | $500 | $450 | $5,400 |
| 51 to 75 employees | $700 | $630 | $7,560 |
| 76 to 100 employees | $900 | $810 | $9,720 |

Ashby says the band is set by the size of your organization when you buy, not by seats or the size of your talent team, and that pricing is reassessed annually. Read literally, that means a company that grows from 24 to 30 people would move from the $400 band to the $500 band at its next reassessment, with the same number of roles open. The page also says emerging market pricing is available, without a figure. To check your own band, use the selector on Ashby's pricing page.
Ashby's three plans.
Ashby sells one product, which it calls All-in-One, on three plans. Its pricing page says there is one price for the whole platform across ATS, sourcing, CRM, scheduling, and analytics, with no charge per module. The AI credits in the table pay for AI-assisted application review, candidate fraud detection, and AI talent rediscovery, which is on Plus and Enterprise only. Ashby's AI credits doc says most of its other AI features are free to use without limitation.
| Plan | Who it is for | Price | AI credits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Foundations | Up to 100 employees | $300 to $900 a month by company size | 1,500 a month |
| Plus | Best for 101 to 1,000 employees | Quoted on company size, usage, and commitment | 2,500 per seat per year |
| Enterprise | Best for 1,000 and more employees | Quoted | 12,500 per seat per year |
Ashby also sells Ashby Analytics on its own, for companies of 100 or more employees that keep their current ATS. Its pricing page says it works with Greenhouse and Lever and is priced on usage.
What Foundations includes, and what starts at Plus.
Ashby's plan grid lists these on Foundations, the same as on Plus and Enterprise: customizable interview plans and structured interviewing, interview scheduling with direct booking links, debriefs, AI-assisted application review, automated outreach sequences, job posting, API access, an MCP server that connects tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Cursor to your Ashby data, Ashby AI Assistant, and custom AI agents.
Ashby's product updates and help docs give more detail on the AI pieces. The MCP server launched in open beta on June 29, 2026, on all plans. Ashby's AI credits doc says most of its AI features are free to use without limitation. Only AI-assisted application review, candidate fraud detection, and AI talent rediscovery use AI credits. The pricing grid itself carries no beta label.
These are listed on Plus and Enterprise but not on Foundations: approval workflows; openings and headcount management; confidential jobs; custom saved reports and custom dashboards; custom fields; SCIM directory sync; a sandbox; and AI talent rediscovery. Foundations is limited to one offer template and one candidate experience survey, and its report filtering is marked Basic where Plus and Enterprise are marked Advanced.
What Ashby charges for separately.
Ashby's plan grid prices a few things on top of the plan. Two of them have a published price. The rest are marked paid add-on with no price shown.
| Add-on | Foundations | Plus | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|
| SSO | $100 a month | Included | Included |
| Outbound text messages to candidates | 1,000 a month, then $90 per 1,000 | 2,000 per seat per year, then $90 per 1,000 | 3,000 per seat per year, then $90 per 1,000 |
| AI Notetaker | Paid add-on | Paid add-on | Paid add-on |
| Advanced Scheduling | Not included | Paid add-on | Included |

Advanced Scheduling includes the AI Auto-Scheduler, scheduling requests, calendar holds, automated interviewer training, automatic replacement of a declined interviewer, internal reschedule and cancellation reasons, and recruiting blocks. More AI credits for application review, fraud detection, and talent rediscovery can be bought. Ashby's AI credits doc lists $500 a year for 5,000 on annual plans and $100 a month for 1,000 on monthly Foundations. A 30-person company on Foundations with SSO pays $600 a month on monthly billing: $500 for the band and $100 for SSO.
Payment terms, trials, and onboarding.
Ashby's pricing page says you can choose a monthly or an annual plan, and that annual plans cost 10% less than the monthly option. Monthly plans are paid by credit card. Annual plans can be paid by credit card, direct deposit, or wire transfer.
Ashby's partners page lists preferred pricing on Foundations or Plus and access to month-to-month pricing as benefits for companies in a partner venture firm's portfolio, with no discount figure. That reads differently from the pricing page, which offers monthly plans to everyone, so ask Ashby which terms apply to you.
The pricing page does not publish a free plan or a free trial. Each plan's button is Get in Touch, and Ashby says the price shown will not change during the sales process. Baseline onboarding and Customer Success support are included for every customer, and Ashby prices implementation for its largest customers. Integrations are not charged for.
Comparing Ashby's price with other systems.
Applicant tracking systems bill on different things, so the headline prices do not line up. Ashby bills Foundations on company size. Eight systems, each with its own billing basis, are on our ATS pricing comparison. Seven alternatives are compared with Ashby on Ashby alternatives, and Ashby is set against Greenhouse and Workable on Greenhouse vs Ashby and Ashby vs Workable.
Yardstick, our product, bills on open roles. The first three Jobs are free, and Core is $49 a month plus $29 for each role you have open, with no paid seats for interviewers or hiring managers. A company with two roles open pays $107 a month on Core at any headcount. The AI designs the interview guide and scorecard for each role, and your team edits both. SSO is on Yardstick Enterprise, which is quoted. Line by line, the two are compared on Yardstick vs Ashby, and full Yardstick pricing is on the pricing page.
