JazzHR's plans and what each one costs.

JazzHR sells Hero, Plus, and Pro. Each plan has one flat price, billed yearly or monthly. On monthly billing, JazzHR's compare-plans table lists Hero at $110 a month. Plus includes everything in Hero, and Pro includes everything in Plus.

The last column lists a few things each plan adds, not the whole plan. JazzHR notes that job posting and syndication depend on its own eligibility rules and on job board limits. For every line, see JazzHR's pricing page.

When the JazzHR price changes.

JazzHR's standard prices do not change with headcount or users, so a company of 10 and a company of 60 see the same price for the same plan. The price changes when you need more jobs or something that sits on a higher plan.

Hero lists job postings starting at 3 a month. A company that wants a written interview guide and a shared evaluation template for each role needs Plus, where JazzHR's compare-plans table first shows Interview Guides and Candidate Evaluation Templates. Calendar sync with Google Calendar or Outlook, knockout questions, and source and timing reports also start on Plus. That is $2,480 a year more than Hero on yearly billing, or $240 a month more on monthly billing.

Pro includes offers with eSignatures and advanced visual reporting, which are add-ons on Plus. It also adds a custom reports builder, workflow reports, and all-access support. Pro is $2,028 a year more than Plus on yearly billing, or $199 a month more on monthly billing.

Standard pricing has limits on who it covers. JazzHR's page says it does not apply to staffing or recruiting agencies, HR service providers, franchises, multi-location businesses, organizations with over 250 employees, or certain other organizations at JazzHR's discretion.

Add-ons, usage charges, and the trial.

Advanced visual reporting and offers with eSignatures are add-ons on Plus. JazzHR's pricing page does not list a price for either. You can buy premium job listings on every plan, and JazzHR's FAQ says there is no extra per-posting cost on Plus or Pro.

JazzHR's FAQ says some add-on features, such as text messaging or email sends, are billed by how much you use them. If you go over the usage limits in your plan, charges are added at JazzHR's published rates, and JazzHR says it notifies you as you get close.

JazzHR offers a 14-day free trial with unlimited users and no credit card required. The FAQ says there are no termination fees and lists a 10% discount for non-profit organizations. It also says JazzHR does month-to-month and yearly contracts, plus multi-year contracts that lock in a price.
