Lever pricing
Lever does not publish a price. Every Lever customer gets a quote, which Lever says depends on team size and hiring needs. Here is what Lever does publish, the plans by name, and what to ask before you sign or renew, checked on October 14, 2026.
What Lever publishes about its price.
Lever's pricing page has no figures. It has a quote form, a sales number, a description of the core platform, three add-ons, and a pricing FAQ. This table is what those pages say, in Lever's words where it has them.
| Question | What Lever's pages say |
|---|---|
| Published price | None. Pricing is “available upon request”, through a quote form or a call to sales. |
| What sets the price | Lever says its pricing “scales based on your team size and hiring needs”. |
| Plan names | None on the pricing page, though its FAQ refers to “every plan”. |
| In every plan | The core applicant tracking system, candidate relationship management (CRM), advanced reporting and analytics, and key integrations. |
| Add-ons | Candidate Insights, AI Screening by VONQ, and Onboarding, each priced by quote. |
| Free plan or trial | None listed. The page offers a quote form and a demo. |
| Billing and contract term | Not published. |
| Time to set up | Lever says “most customers are fully implemented within weeks, not months”. A comparison page puts typical migrations at about six weeks. |
The pricing page describes the core platform as an ATS and CRM in one, dashboards and customizable reports, AI-powered screening, unlimited AI interview transcripts and summaries, and AI-powered fraud prevention signals. It does not say which plan carries interview feedback forms or scorecards. For every line, see Lever's pricing page.
Lever's plans by name.
Lever's pricing page does not name its plans. Lever calls its combined ATS and CRM product LeverTRM. Capterra lists two plans, both priced by custom quote.
LeverTRM covers applicant tracking, candidate relationship management, talent analytics and visual insights, custom reporting, job posting and advertising, a career site builder, resume parsing, referrals, and internal mobility, according to Capterra.
LeverTRM for Enterprise covers items Capterra lists for it as e-signature, custom integrations, candidate survey, requisition, and nurture dashboards, knockout questions, candidate experience surveys, and a Slack integration.
Lever's own comparison pages add that Visual Insights and Data Explorer reporting are included in every subscription, and that the core subscription includes panel scheduling and candidate self-booking links.
What moves a Lever quote.
Lever names two things: your team size and your hiring needs. Its comparison page against Greenhouse says custom pricing is set for each customer and scales with team size and feature needs. Capterra's summary of its Lever reviews says reviewers describe the price as based on employee count rather than on seats.
Three more things change the number. The plan, since Capterra lists items for LeverTRM for Enterprise that it does not list for LeverTRM. The add-ons, since Candidate Insights, AI Screening by VONQ, and Onboarding are each quoted on their own. And the contract itself, since Lever's pricing page publishes no term or billing schedule, so ask for length, renewal and payment terms in the quote.
What public sources report.
Lever publishes no dollar figure, and Capterra lists both plans as custom quote. Some third-party sites publish Lever cost estimates that they say are drawn from buyer-reported purchases. The estimates we found on October 14, 2026 disagree with each other, and we could not read the data behind them, so we have no figure we can reliably publish.
If you are renewing, your current order form is the best number you have. If you are buying, the figure that counts is the one Lever quotes you.
What to ask before you sign or renew.
A quoted price is easier to compare when each part of it is its own line. These five questions cover what Lever's pages leave open.
- 1
What size is the quote built on?
Lever prices on team size and hiring needs. Ask which headcount or hiring volume your quote assumes, and what happens to the price if that number grows or shrinks during the contract.
- 2
Which add-ons are in the number?
Candidate Insights, AI Screening by VONQ, and Onboarding are each quoted separately. Ask for each one as its own line so you can see what the core platform costs without them.
- 3
Which plan is it?
Capterra lists a LeverTRM plan and a LeverTRM for Enterprise plan. Ask which one the quote is for, and which of the features you rely on Capterra lists only for LeverTRM for Enterprise.
- 4
How long is the term, and what happens at renewal?
Lever's pricing page publishes no term. Ask for the length of the contract, whether it renews on its own, how much notice you have to give, and whether the renewal price is capped.
- 5
How does your data come out?
Ask how you export candidates, feedback, and resumes if you leave, and how long the data stays available after the account ends.
Renewal dates, notice periods, and Lever's export steps are on ATS contract renewal and cancellation.
Comparing Lever's price with other systems.
Applicant tracking systems bill on different things, so a quote is hard to line up against a published price. Seven systems are set against Lever, each with its price or quote, term, and where structured interviewing starts, on Lever alternatives, and eight systems, Lever among them, are on our ATS pricing comparison. If you are moving off Lever, the export steps are on switching from Lever.
Yardstick, our product, bills on open roles. The first three Jobs are free, and Core is $49 a month plus $29 for each role you have open, billed monthly, with no paid seats for interviewers or hiring managers. On Yardstick's pricing table, three open roles on Core come to $136 a month. The AI designs the interview guide and scorecard for each role on every account, including the free one, and your team edits both. Full Yardstick pricing is on the pricing page.
Common questions about Lever pricing.
How much does Lever cost?
Lever does not publish a price. Its pricing page says pricing is available upon request and tailored to your organization's size and hiring needs, so the way to get a figure is a quote from Lever. This was checked on Lever's pricing page on October 14, 2026.
What plans does Lever have?
Lever's pricing page names no plans, though its FAQ says every plan includes the core applicant tracking system, candidate relationship management, advanced reporting and analytics, and key integrations. Capterra lists two plans, LeverTRM and LeverTRM for Enterprise, each priced by custom quote.
Does Lever charge per user?
Lever's pages do not say. Lever says its pricing scales with your team size and hiring needs. Capterra's summary of its Lever reviews says reviewers describe pricing based on employee count rather than per seat.
What add-ons does Lever sell?
Lever's pricing page lists three add-ons: Candidate Insights, AI Screening by VONQ, and Onboarding. Each one is priced by quote.
Does Lever have a free plan or a free trial?
Lever's pricing page lists neither. It offers a quote form, a demo, and a sales phone number.
How long does it take to set up Lever?
Lever's pricing page says most customers are fully implemented within weeks, not months. Its comparison page against Greenhouse says typical migrations take about six weeks.
Why does this page not give a dollar figure for Lever?
Lever does not publish one. Some third-party sites publish estimates that they say are drawn from buyer-reported purchases, but the estimates we found disagree with each other and we could not read the underlying data, so we leave them out. The figure that counts is the one Lever quotes you.
How current is this page?
Every Lever fact here was read from Lever's own pages, and the plan names, plan contents, and review summary from Capterra, on October 14, 2026. We recheck quarterly. If Lever's pages and this page disagree, Lever's pages win.
