How this page works.

  1. 1Every fact is from the vendor's own page, checked on September 9, 2026.Vendors change pages. Check the vendor's pricing page before you sign anything.
  2. 2We do not pick a winner. Both charge a flat company fee. The differences are what changes when you open a second and a third role, and which plan scorecards start on.
  3. 3Yardstick is our product. It appears once, at the end, as a third option. Everything above that section is about the two of them.

What each one is.

Where the two actually differ.

The second open role adds nothing at Workable and $157 a month at Breezy.

Workable's entry plan already costs $299 a month at 1 to 20 employees, and every Workable plan allows unlimited active jobs, so opening a second or third role adds nothing to the bill. Breezy Bootstrap is free but holds one active position or pool at a time, so the second role moves you to Breezy Startup at $157 a month on annual billing. From there, a third role costs nothing more at either vendor.

Scorecards are on the entry plan at Workable and on the middle plan at Breezy.

Workable lists interview kits and scorecards on Standard, Premier, and Enterprise. Breezy lists Customizable Interview Guides and Customizable Scorecards on Growth and Business, not on Bootstrap or Startup. If the scorecard is why you are buying, the Breezy price to compare with Workable Standard is Growth, $273 a month on annual billing or $329 billed monthly.

E-signature follows the same split.

Workable lists offer letter templates and native e-signatures on every plan. Breezy lists Electronic Signatures from Growth and Offer Management with approvals from Business. A team that sends offers through the ATS reaches scorecards and e-signature on the same Breezy plan, Growth, with Offer Management one plan higher on Business.

Both ship AI on credits; Workable documents an MCP server.

Workable Agent can be added to any plan and starts with 3,000 free credits. Breezy Intelligence runs on credits, with 100,000 included in the trial. On agent access, Workable's help center documents an MCP server on all plans with read and write operations, and Workable lists API access on every plan. Breezy lists API access on its Custom Pro plan, and no MCP server appears on the Breezy pricing page we checked.

If neither fits: a third option.

Both vendors above charge a flat company fee, so the price is the same whether you have one role open or five. If your hiring comes in bursts, and you want the interview designed for the role before anyone is scheduled, Yardstick is built for that shape.

Yardstick designs the interview guide and scorecard for the role you are hiring, so every candidate has the same important conversation, is scored on the same scale, and the interview produces evidence about who will perform in this job. The AI drafts the guide and the scorecard; your team edits them and makes every hiring decision. Interviewers open the guide on a magic link, with no paid seats to buy. Structured interviews, scorecards, scheduling, a talent CRM, and the public API are on every account, including the free one.

Yardstick pricing is billed on open roles: the first three Jobs are free, then Yardstick Core is $49 a month plus $29 per open role, billed monthly, and Yardstick Scale is $149 a month plus $19 per open role. One open role on Yardstick Core is $78 a month, two are $107, and three are $136. A role you close stops billing the next month. Interviewers and hiring managers are never charged as seats.

The agent path is your own agent. You chat with Claude Code or Codex, it runs the yardstick CLI, and the actions that matter wait for your approval: publishing a job, advancing or rejecting a candidate, emailing one. Claude and ChatGPT can connect over MCP on every account, free included.

Yardstick is not an HRIS, and it is not built for a thousand-person organization standardizing a global process. SSO, SCIM, and audit logs are on the Enterprise plan.
